Generate price list reports

To generate price list reports, follow these steps:

1. Select the Search icon , enter Price List Report, and then choose the related link.
   The Price List Report page opens.

2. Enter the required information in the following fields:

   Field	Description
   Printer	Specifies the printer set up for this report on the Printer Selection page.
   Report Layout	Select whether you want to print the report in .rdlc or .docx format.

3. On the Options FastTab, in the Price Report Template field, select a price report template you want the system to use for the price list report.

   The system displays the description of the selected price report template in the Price Report Template Description field.

   The selected Price Report Template may contain predefined item and customer attribute filters. These filters are applied automatically during report generation and determine which items and customers are included in the Price List Report.

4. On the Filter: Customer FastTab, in the No. field, select the customer from whom you want to print the price list.

   You can add more than one customer or add additional customer-related filters. In such cases, the system downloads the price list report as a .zip file with multiple reports.

5. On the Advanced FastTab, you can set up advanced configurations in the following fields:

   Field	Description
   Maximum row generation time	Enter the maximum time the system must take to generate the report in the [d.]hh:mm:ss[.ffffff] format. If the time is exceeded, the report generation is canceled.
   Maximum rows	Enter the maximum number of rows that can be included in the report. If exceeded, the report generation is cancelled.
   Maximum documents	Enter the maximum number of documents that can be included in this report. If exceeded, the report generation is cancelled.
   Format region	Select the format region used to format numbers and dates in the report in the xx-yy format, where xx is the language code and yy is the region code. For example, en-US for English in the United States.
   Language	Select the application language that must be used to localize captions and strings in the report.

6. Select Print.

   The price list report is generated.

You can access the Price List Report page directly from the Customers and Customer Card pages on the action bar via the Print Price Report action.

Attribute based filtering in price report templates

The selected price report template includes attribute-based filters that control which items and customers are included on the Price List Report page.

• You can define advanced lot attribute–based criteria in the report template to control which items are included in the price list report.
• You can define advanced customer attribute–based filters in the report template to restrict the price list report to customers that match specific attributes such as region, customer type, or classification.
• The system stores the defined item and customer attribute filters with the report template so that the same filtering logic is reused each time the report is generated.
• When you generate the Price List Report, the system applies the saved attribute filters from the selected template to determine the final set of items and customers included in the report.

These template-based filters are applied in addition to any filters that you set on the Price List Report page.
