Enhancements/Modifications

The price finding takes into account the prices set in sales contracts when a sales order is created from a sales contract or when a sales order is assigned to a sales contract. If the Advanced Pricing app is installed, the "Applied Sales Price and Discount" overview also displays the sales contract from which the price or discount originated. This integration enhancement requires the latest versions of the following apps from the July 2026 release:

  • Advanced Pricing
  • Integration Layer

  • Contract Management

  • With this release of the Aptean Advanced Pricing extension, the invoice hold functionality on the Sales Order page has been enhanced in the following ways:

    • You can now set the Invoice Hold Status field value to Hold - Pricing or Approved for all eligible lines in a single action using the Set All Lines to Invoice Hold and Set All Lines to Invoice Approved actions on the Sales Order page, instead of updating each line individually.
    • The Invoice Hold Present field has been added to the Sales Order page header. This read-only field is automatically set to Yes when at least one line has the Invoice Hold Status field value set to Hold - Pricing, and to No when no lines are on hold. You can also use this field to filter the Sales Orders list page for orders that have lines on hold.

UI/UX changes

The following UI/UX changes have been made in this release.

  • The Invoice Hold Present field has been added to the Sales Order and Sales Order List pages.
  • The Set All Lines to Invoice Hold action has been added to the Sales Order page.
  • The Set All Lines to Invoice Approved action has been added to the Sales Order page.
