Features

With the features added in this release of the Aptean Advanced Pricing extension, you can:

  • Exclude specific items from bracket pricing calculations using the Exclude from Bracket Pricing toggle. This toggle is available on item and sales line records, with the sales line value defaulted from the item and remaining editable.

  • Control whether manual price and discount changes use the document header currency code through the Use Document Currency for Manual Change toggle on the Advanced Pricing Setup page. This applies to both price and discount updates across sales and purchase documents.

  • Define the bracket pricing group code and reprice sales orders field values on the Customer Template page, and these values are inherited by the customer when you create the customer using the template.

  • Bypass bracket pricing after calculation by clearing the Bracket Pricing Group field on the document header. When cleared, the system recalculates pricing and restores related header and line fields to their pre–bracket pricing values. The logic must consider the original source of those values.

Enhancements/Modifications

With this release of the Aptean Advanced Pricing extension,

  • The system supports attribute-based filtering in report templates for the Price List Report to control which items and customers are included. The system allows advanced lot attribute–based and advanced customer attribute–based criteria to be defined in the report template and stores these filters with the template for reuse. When the Price List Report is generated, the system applies the saved attribute filters to determine the applicable set of items and customers.

  • You can view the global lot attribute field values on the Get Price Line page when selecting prices on sales documents. These fields are visible only when the Attribute Driven Pricing toggle on the Sales Price List page is turned on, and the attribute names are displayed based on the associated field values on the Advanced Attribute Setup page.

  • The following toggles have been added to the Advanced Pricing Setup page.

  • The following fields have been added to the Customer Template Card page.

    • Bracket Pricing Group Code
    • Reprice Sales Orders

  • The Advanced Item Attribute Filters sub-table section and the Lot Attributes filter field have been added to the Report Template page.
