Setting up Request Form

For each location you can setup the Scanning Modules.

  1. Select the Search icon , enter Request Forms (WMS) and then choose the related link.
  2. Choose the New action.
  3. Fill in the fields as necessary. Hover over a field to read a short description.
  4. In the Fields FastTab, the request form input fields are determined.
  5. On the action bar, select Header Fields action to open the Request Form Header Fields page and you can view or edit the header fields identifiers available for the current request form.
