Features

With the features added in this release of the Aptean WMS app, the system,

  • Allows the scanning of license plate number from different location but only shows the license plate number that are within that location in the License Plate Info module.

  • Allows you to scan warehouse picks for mixed inventory on a license plate when a license plate contains multiple items or multiple lots of the same item. This feature is available only when the Allow Scanning Mixed License Plate field relevant to a warehouse template is selected on the Warehouse Templates page.

  • Allows you to pick partial quantities from mixed inventory on a license plate when a license plate contains multiple items or multiple lots of the same item. This feature is available only when the Allow Scanning Mixed License Plate field relevant to a warehouse template is selected on the Warehouse Templates page.

  • Splits the lines in the receipt on the Aptean WMS app based on the Item Tracking Lines page specified in the Business central for warehouse receipt.

  • Predefined lot numbers in the item tracking of the warehouse receipt are mandatory.

  • Preserves existing lot reservations when receiving a different lot, reducing only the flexible quantity during partial receipt.

  • Validates received quantities at the individual lot level and prevents over-receiving beyond the reserved lot quantity.

    The over under delivery integration is not supported when working with reserved lot numbers.

  • Enforces line-level lot mapping to ensure received lots are posted only to their originating purchase order lines.

UI/UX changes

The following UI/UX changes have been made in this release.

  • The subheader related to the request form has been added to the Request Form screen of the WMS scanner.
  • The Enter Lot No. and Select Lot No. dialogs have been added to the Warehouse Receipt screen.
