Features

With the features added in this release of the Aptean Service Provisioning extension,

• The system allows the Third Party No. field value on trade plan rate lines and uses it as an additional matching filter during trade plan rate resolution. For more information, see Manage service billing entries.

• The system automatically populates the Third Party No. field value on trade plan rate lines when the Source Type field value is set to Vendor or Customer and the Source No. field value has a configured default relation. For more information, see Set up vendors and Set up customers.

• The system propagates the Third Party No. field value from matched trade plan rate lines to document trade lines and posted trade records for purchase orders, sales orders, and production orders, improving traceability from setup to posting. For more information, see Manage purchase documents, Manage sales documents, and Manage production documents.

• The system retrieves the lot number from the Item Ledger Entries page and derives the lot ownership attribute value configured on the Service Provisioning Setup page when executing the Calculate Periodic Cost action on the Trade Plan page. The system uses this value as the Third Party No. field value to match trade plan rate lines and apply the corresponding rate to periodic cost entries.
