Enhancements/Modifications

With this release of the Aptean Reporting extension, the Goods Received Not Invoiced report (60134) and the Goods Shipped Not Invoiced report (60140) show the value of the goods that are received or shipped but not yet invoiced based on the unit of measure of the posted document line, and include the values of the posted return documents in the totals. To show the outstanding value against the vendor or the customer next to the expected cost, the following two fields have been added to each report:

  • On the Goods Received Not Invoiced report (60134), the Purch. Unit Cost field shows the Direct Unit Cost field value of the posted purchase receipt line or the posted return shipment line in the local currency, and the Purch. Amount field shows this unit cost multiplied by the quantity that is not yet invoiced.
  • On the Goods Shipped Not Invoiced report (60140), the Sales Unit Cost field shows the Unit Cost (LCY) field value of the posted sales shipment line or the posted return receipt line, and the Sales Amount field shows this unit cost multiplied by the quantity that is not yet invoiced.

The new amount fields are totalled per document type, per vendor or customer, and for the report as a whole. The amounts of the posted return documents are shown as negative values so that the returns reduce the total value that is not yet invoiced. UI/UX changes

  • The Purch. Unit Cost and Purch. Amount fields have been added to the Goods Received Not Invoiced report (60134), for the posted purchase receipt lines and the posted return shipment lines, together with the related totals per document type, per vendor, and for the report as a whole.
  • The Sales Unit Cost and Sales Amount fields have been added to the Goods Shipped Not Invoiced report (60140), for the posted sales shipment lines and the posted return receipt lines, together with the related totals per document type, per customer, and for the report as a whole.

Resolved issues

The following issues have been resolved in this release.

387594The Number of Pallets printed on the Bill of Lading report (RDLC and Word layouts) does not include the pallet quantity from order-level packaging that is grouped and shared across multiple sales lines. As a result, when order-bound packaging is consolidated at the order level instead of calculated per line, the printed pallet count is lower than the actual number of pallets on the shipment.
