Implement profile POC workflows

You can select a profile on the Report Request page to apply field overrides, consolidation logic, and rounding methods to the report output without modifying the underlying report design. Proof-of-concept profile application workflows can be implemented to demonstrate end-to-end functionality from profile setup through report generation. To implement profile POC workflows, follow these steps:

  1. Select the Search icon , enter Report Profiles Setup, and then choose the related link.
    The Report Profiles Setup page opens.
  2. Create a new report profile following the setup procedures.
  3. Configure profile categories, rules, and field transformations.
  4. On the action bar, select Publish Profile to activate the profile.
  5. Navigate to a supported report and open the request page.
  6. In the Profile Selection field, select your POC profile.
  7. Generate the report and verify that transformations are applied correctly.
  8. Review the output to validate field overrides, data filtering, and formatting rules.
