Configure static filters

To configure static filters for a report table, follow these steps:

  1. On the Report Data Design Card page, on the Report Design Tables Used FastTab, select the table line for which you want to configure filters.
  2. On the action bar, select Output Fields.
    The Report Data Designer Fields page opens.
  3. On the action bar, select Filter Fields and select the field you want to add the filter.
  4. In the Operator field, select the comparison operator.
    The available options are:
    • =: Equal to
    • <>: Not equal to
    • >: Greater than
    • <: Less than
    • >=: Greater than or equal to
    • <=: Less than or equal to
  5. In the Filter Value field, enter the value to filter by.
  6. Select OK to save the filter configuration.
    The system updates the Filter String field on the Report Design Tables Used FastTab with the filter expression.

Edit or delete existing filter

To edit or delete existing filters, follow these steps:

  1. On the Report Data Designer Fields page, select the filter line you want to modify.
  2. To edit the filter, change the Operator or Filter Value field values.
  3. To delete the filter, select Delete, on the action bar.
  4. Select OK to save your changes.
