Set up graphical scheduler personalizations

User personalizations define your default scheduler behavior, including preferred filters, time scale, draft code, and default view.
To set up graphical scheduler user personalization, follow these steps:
- Select the Search icon
, enter Graphical Scheduler Personalizations, and then choose the related link.
The Graphical Scheduler Personalizations page opens. - Enter the required information in the following fields.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| User ID | Specifies the user that owns the personalization record. |
| Implementation | Specifies the scheduler implementation type to apply. This is also derived from the selected view code. |
| Starting Date | Specifies the starting date for the schedule view. Operations display from this date onwards. |
| Ending Date | Specifies the ending date for the schedule view. Operations display up to this date. |
| Prompt Filters On Run | Specifies whether to prompt for filters when opening the scheduler. |
| Production Status Filter | Specifies which production order statuses to include. You can select multiple statuses. |
| Work Center No. Filter | Specifies which work centers to include. |
| Machine Center No. Filter | Specifies which machine centers to include. |
| Time-Scale Level | Specifies the time scale level for the scheduler timeline. |
| Draft Code | Specifies the draft code used for storing pending changes. |
| View Code | Specifies the view definition to apply. When you validate this field, the system applies view header settings to the personalization record. |
- Close the page.
The personalization is saved.
