Enhancements/Modifications

With this release of the Aptean Process Manufacturing extension, an early exit condition has been introduced to skip validation of the Location Code and Bin Code fields when the Production Order status is changed to Finished. This prevents unnecessary re-validation of fields that are already present on the order and avoids conflicts with third-party extensions that subscribe to field validation events. This enhancement addressed the issue reported in user story ID #360176.

With this release of the Aptean Process Manufacturing extension, the system correctly handles multiple unplanned outputs on the Released Production Order page when the Exclude from Consumption Reallocation toggle on the Unplanned Output Setup page is turned on, ensuring accurate reallocation of item ledger entries of the consumption item. This enhancement addresses the issue reported in bug ID #354023.

Resolved issues

The following issues have been resolved in this release.

360606	The system incorrectly calculates the weight of packaging materials on the Product Specification End Products page when the Production BOM has a multi-level structure. This issue occurs when the Base Quantity conversion uses the BOM header unit of measure code instead of the BOM line unit of measure code, causing incorrect unit-of-measure conversions.
360176	An error occurs when finishing a Production Order in environments with third-party extensions that subscribe to Location Code validation events. The system unnecessarily re-validates the Location Code and Bin Code fields during the status change to Finished.
357537	An error occurs on the Released Production Order page when the Status field value is updated to Finished. This issue occurs when co-product items or unplanned output items are present and the consumption of a reallocation component item is partially or fully reversed before finishing the released production order.
354658,358711	An error occurs on the Released Production Order page when changing the Status field value to Finished. This issue arises when the main item's production BOM includes a sub-BOM and consumption reallocation is enabled for the same component within the sub-BOM of the unplanned output Production BOM.
354023	The system incorrectly reallocates the consumption of item ledger entries when changing the Status field value to Finished on the Released Production Order page. This issue occurs when multiple unplanned outputs are posted on the Released Production Order page and the Exclude from Consumption Reallocation toggle on the Unplanned Output Setup page is turned on.
