The production order link tree provides a hierarchical visualization of upstream and downstream production order relationships.
Link tree
The link tree displays:
- Upstream suppliers: Production orders that supply output to the current order.
- Downstream consumers: Production orders that consume output from the current order.
- Allocation ratios: Percentage distribution across linked orders.
- Lock statuses: Whether orders can be rescheduled.
- Conflict indicators: Scheduling or capacity conflicts.
To view the link tree, follow these steps:

Select the Search icon
, enter Production Orders, and then choose the related link.The Production Orders page opens.

Open the production order you want to analyze.

On the action bar, select Production Order Link Tree.
You can view/enter the required information in the following fields:
Field Description Production Order No. Specifies the production order number in the tree. Line No. Specifies the production order line number. Item No. Specifies the item number. Description Specifies the item description. Quantity (Base) Specifies the production order quantity in base unit of measure. Allocated Quantity (Base) Specifies the allocated quantity for this link. Allocated Ratio % Specifies the allocation ratio percentage. Lock Status Specifies whether the order is locked by the scheduler (Unlocked, Locked, Partially Locked). Level Specifies the hierarchy level (0 = Current order, Negative = Upstream, Positive = Downstream). Conflict Specifies any scheduling or quantity conflicts detected. You can view the hierarchical structure showing upstream suppliers above the root and downstream consumers below.

Use filters to narrow the view by item number, location code, or lock status.
- On the action bar, select Expand All or Collapse All to control branch visibility.
