Resolved issues

The following issues have been resolved in this release.

357336	When viewing document attachments for a producer certificate — attachments from other certificates are incorrectly displayed in the list. This fix applies the respective filter and ensures only related attachments are shown.
381767	The system fails to display any records initially in the Vendor No. and Grower No. lookup menus when manually creating a Producer Certificate, preventing users from selecting a vendor or grower. This fix ensures that initially the Vendor No. field refers to the vendor lookup and the Grower No. field refers to the Grower lookup. After either one is set, both fields refer to the Grower Vendor Link.
