Enhancements/Modifications

With this release of the Aptean Over Under Delivery extension,

  • The UnitOfMeasure, ItemNo, PurchaseOrderNo, QtyToReceive, and ItemDescription variables in the AddUnexpectedItem24FDW report have been exposed as protected variables, allowing report extensions to access and override these values when extending the Add Unexpected Item report.

  • You can process over and underdelivery for special orders. The system supports purchase order and sales order lines with the Purchasing Code field value set to Special. When you update the Qty. to Receive field value on the purchase order, the system automatically updates the Qty. to Ship field value on the linked sales order. After you post the purchase order, the system updates the Receipt Variance field value on the linked sales order to reflect any over or underdelivery.

The following issue has been resolved in this release.

377429An error occurs on the Warehouse Shipment page when creating a new warehouse pick after the Under Delivery field is cleared for a partially picked shipment. In this scenario, the system incorrectly considers the shipment lines as completely picked and prevents creation of a pick for the remaining outstanding quantity.
