Configure severity codes

To configure severity codes, follow these steps:

1. Select the Search icon , enter NC Severity Codes, and then choose the related link.
   The NC Severity Codes page opens.
2. Select New.
3. In the Code field, enter a unique code for the severity level.
4. In the Description field, enter a description of the severity level.
