Enhancements/Modifications

With this release of the Aptean Mobile Warehouse Registration extension,

  • The system enhances GS1 and ITF-14 barcode handling to ensure consistent Unit of Measure (UoM) conversion across mobile warehouse processes.

    When scanning GS1 or ITF-14 barcodes, the system correctly resolves the associated Item Reference and applies the linked UoM, automatically converting the scanned quantity. This standardizes UoM conversion across all the following supported mobile processes: Pick

    • Receive
    • Count
    • Production Order
    • Movement (Planned and Unplanned)
    • Inventory Movement
    • Put-away

  • You can select a location only if it is configured with a warehouse employee. Additionally, the system excludes in-transit locations from the Active Location field and applies the same filtering on the mobile device.

Resolved issues

The following issue has been resolved in this release.

353361The system fails to restrict users from performing movements outside their default location during an unplanned move when the Only Allow Movements in the Default Location field value on the Mobile Profile Setup page is set to Yes. This issue arises when scanning a non-default location or a license plate from a non-default location in the Take, Put, or Partial LP mode.
356938An error occurs when scanning a license plate during a warehouse receipt for a transfer order from a license plate tracked location to a non-license plate tracked location via the Aptean Mobile Warehouse app. This issue arises when scanning a license plate that was shipped as part of the transfer order during the receiving activity.
362191An error occurs when scanning a license plate in a warehouse pick for a transfer order via the Aptean Mobile Warehouse app. This issue arises when a sales quote exists with the same number as the transfer order.
