Features

With the features added in this release of the Aptean Mobile Warehouse app,

  • Descriptions are enhanced for license plate-tracked items in license plate-tracked locations across inventory movement, warehouse put-away, and count per license plate modules, ensuring that existing behaviour for lot-tracked items and license plate tracked items in non-license plate-tracked locations remains unchanged.

  • You can view the source and destination information directly on the Pick List screen, giving you immediate visibility about the sales order number and the customer number for that pick document.
  • You can view the VendorOrCustomer field in Queue screen for pick and receive documents.

  • You can view warehouse shipments which has status as released, belong to the active location, are unassigned or assigned to the current user, and do not yet have warehouse activity lines based on the configuration of Show warehouse shipments field in mobile profile setup for Queue page.   • Updates have been made to ensure interoperability with the recent changes in the Aptean Mobile Registration extension. To know more, see What’s new in version 2601.0.0.0.

  • You can scan box labels that do not contain a lot number (Application Identifier 10) during the box auto fill process. When the lot number is missing in the scanned barcode, the system automatically retrieves the lot number from the previously scanned license plate, while continuing to perform all other validations such as item reference, weight, quantity, and shipping unit checks.

  • You can start and continue box label scanning for sales orders with multiple item lines, regardless of the line from which the picking process is initiated. This enhancement allows you to begin box scanning from any sales order line and ensures correct association of item, lot, license plate, weight, and shipping unit information.

UI/UX changes

The following UI/UX changes have been made in this release.

  • The Source No. and Destination No. fields have been added to the Pick list screen.
  • The VendorOrCustomer field has been added to the Queue screen page.
  • The Show warehouse shipments field has been added to the Mobile Profile Setup for the QUEUE page.

The minimum version required for the Aptean Mobile Warehouse Registration extension to operate with this release is 2601.0.0.0.
