Enhancements/Modifications

With this release of the Aptean Lot Management extension,

  • The system ensures that when the Tracking Status field value shows as Incomplete in a finished production order due to minimum remaining quantity consumption, the Assigned Lot(s) field value correctly displays the consumed lot details.

  • The system supports enhanced lot number generation using the Incremental Suffix and Document Line No. options in the Element field on the Lot No. Profile page.

  • You can use the Lot Increment Per field value to control the suffix at the document or document line level. The system ensures the next valid suffix by checking existing records and creates lot information during posting to avoid unused numbers.

    Additionally, the system re-evaluates lot number profiles each time it assigns lot numbers, so your changes apply immediately.

UI/ UX changes

The following UI/UX changes have been made to this release.

  • The Lot Increment Per field has been added to the General FastTab on the Lot Management Setup page.
  • The Incremental Suffix and Document Line No. options have been added to the Element field on the Lot No. Profile page.

Resolved issues

The following issues have been resolved in this release.
