Features

With the feature added in this release of the Aptean License and Subscription Management extension, you can define permissions for administrators to configure and enable telemetry data collection for installed Aptean extensions. This is controlled by the Enable Telemetry toggle on the Telemetry Setup page. To know more, see Manage telemetry setup.

Enhancements/Modifications

With this release of the Aptean License and Subscription Management extension,

  • The system allows you to add more user IDs in the user setup table when working with mobile warehouse, quality control, or shop floor production than the number of subscribed device users while using the MS Device license type.

    Additionally, the system does not support the Increase Quantity action for the MS Device license type, as there is no limit on the number of users. This action is available only for other license types on the Manage Subscription page.

  • You can remove subscription status entries for uninstalled extensions by using the Clean Up Subscriptions action on the Subscription Overview page. The system does not automatically remove these entries during subscription refresh or page initialization.

UI/UX changes

The following UI/UX changes have been made in this release.

  • The Telemetry Setup page has been added.
  • The Clean Up Subscriptions action has been added to the Subscription Overview page.
