Enhancement

With the features added in this release of the Aptean Labeling extension,

• The system supports saving printed label output to a configurable folder when using BarTender Cloud integration. This allows you to separate generated label files from layout files and improves file organization and control. For more information, see Label printer setup.
• The Layout Path field allows you to select available .btw layout files directly from the configured BarTender Space instead of manually entering file names. This reduces configuration errors and improves usability when selecting label layouts. For more information, see Label configuration.
• The system allows configuration of the BarTender Space from which templates and folders are retrieved. This ensures layouts and output locations are always selected from the correct configured environment and improves accuracy in multi-space setups. For more information, see Labeling setup.

• You can define the Label Output Folder field value on the Label Printer Setup page to control where the system saves printed labels. If you leave the field blank, the system saves the output files in the same location as the selected layout. For more information, see Label printer setup.

UI/UX changes

The following UI/UX changes have been made in this release.

• The BarTender Space ID field has been added to the Labeling Setup page.
• The Use Layout Path toggle has been added to the Labeling Setup page.
• The Layout Path field has been added to the Labels page.
• The Label Output Folder field has been added to the Label Printer Setup page.
• The layout selection experience has been improved by replacing manual entry with lookup-based selection when space configuration is enabled.
