Enhancements/Modifications

With this release of the Aptean Inspection Status extension,

  • The system automatically excludes inspection status blocked inventory from warehouse pick creation based on the pick source document type. A new field on the ISS Setup page controls this behavior. When turned on, the system checks whether each lot is blocked for the applicable transaction type (sales pick, production consumption pick, or transfer pick) and excludes blocked lots from pick line creation. When the Always Create Pick Line toggle on the Location Card page is turned on, pick lines are still created for planning purposes regardless of inspection status blocking status. Blocked status exceptions configured for a customer are respected during sales pick creation.

  • Updates have been made to ensure interoperability with the recent changes made to the Aptean Sublot Management extension. To know more, see What's new in Sublot Management, version 2602.1.0.0.

UI/UX changes

The Exclude Inspection-Blocked Lots from Pick Creation toggle has been added to the Inspection Status Setup page.
