Enhancements/Modifications

With this release of the Aptean Excise Duty Management extension, the following changes have been made to ensure compatibility with Business Central, version 28.

  • The InsertIntoDocEntry method has been migrated from the Navigate page to the Document Entry record in the ExtendFindEntries50FDW codeunit.

  • The OnBeforeNavigateShowRecords event subscriber has been replaced with the OnBeforeShowRecords event subscriber in the NavigateSubscr50FDW codeunit due to changes in the base application’s Navigate page.

  • The ShowRecords procedure has been added to consolidate the display of excise duty ledger entries and external document entries on the Navigate page.

  • The code analysis rule for AL0432 (Invt. Posting Buffer table deprecation warning) has been updated from Hidden to Warning in the ruleset configuration.

These changes affect the Navigate functionality when searching for excise duty and external document entries.
