View eSignature entries from routing

You can access eSignature entries directly from Routing to review certification history and approval workflows by following these steps:

1. Select the Search icon , enter Routing, and then choose the related link.
   The Routing page opens.
2. Select the routing you want to review.
   The Routing Card opens showing details including the Pending Status Change To field, which displays the required status. The record will be assigned if all required eSignatures are signed.
3. On the action bar, select View eSignature Entries.
   The eSignature Entries page opens, filtered to show only entries related to the selected routing.
4. Review the eSignature entries to see certification history, user information, status changes, and snapshot availability.
5. To view the certified snapshot history, return to the Routing page.
6. On the action bar, Select Certified Routing History.
   The system displays the certified snapshot history for the routing.

You can access eSignature entries directly from routing version to review certification history and approval workflows by following these steps:

1. Select the Search icon , enter Routing Version, and then choose the related link.
   The Routing Version page opens.
2. Select the routing version you want to review.
3. On the action bar, select View eSignature Entries.
   The eSignature Entries page opens, filtered to show only entries related to the selected routing version.
