View eSignature entries from production scenarios

To view eSignature entries from a production scenario, follow these steps:

1. Select the Search icon , enter Item Production Scenarios, and then choose the related link.
   The Item Production Scenarios page opens.
2. Select the production scenario you want to review.
   The production scenario card opens showing details including the Pending Status Change To field, which displays the required status. The record will be assigned if all required eSignatures are signed.
3. On the action bar, select View eSignature Entries.
   The eSignature Entries page opens, filtered to show only entries related to the selected production scenario.
4. Review the eSignature entries to see certification history, user information, status changes, and snapshot availability.
5. To view the certified snapshot history, return to the Item Production Scenarios page.
6. On the action bar, select Certified Production Scenario History.
   The system displays the certified snapshot history for the production scenario.
7. To view eSignature snapshots, on the action bar, select View eSignature Snapshots.
   The eSignature Snapshots page opens showing all snapshots associated with the production scenario.
