View eSignature entries from production BOM

To view eSignature entries from a production BOM, follow these steps:

  1. Select the Search icon , enter Production BOM, and then choose the related link.
    The Production BOM page opens.
  2. Select the production BOM you want to review.
    The production BOM card opens showing details including the Pending Status Change To field, which displays the required status. The record will be assigned if all required eSignatures are signed.
  3. On the action bar, select View eSignature Entries.
    The eSignature Entries page opens, filtered to show only entries related to the selected production BOM.
  4. Review the eSignature entries to see:
    • Entry numbers and creation dates
    • User IDs and signing authorities
    • Status changes (From Status and To Status)
    • Signed date and time
    • Comments and delegation information
    • Snapshot availability
  5. To view the certified snapshot history, return to the Production BOM page.
  6. On the action bar, select Certified Production BOM History.
    The system displays the certified snapshot history for the production BOM showing all certification events and their associated snapshots.
