E-Commerce AI Assistant

The Aptean E-Commerce extension provides an AI Assistant that can help you make and manage orders, along with other features. If the Enable AI Assistant (Preview) checkbox is selected in the E-commerce administrator portal, a floating action button appears in the e-commerce portal. Select the message button to open the AI assistant.

The AI assistant can help you with the following tasks:

• View your current cart and redirect you to the My Cart page if necessary.
• Search for items in your profile and beyond.
• Add or remove items from your cart.
• Starting a new sales order.
• Redirect you to the My Cart page for checkout.
• Display order guidelines.
