Manage active lot quantities

The Active Lot Quantities page provides a comprehensive view of lot-level inventory with potency and inspection status information. This page integrates with the extension to display lot-specific potency values and calculates active inventory based on these potency factors.

This page is read-only and displays data from the Aptean Advanced Attributes extension. Potency values are managed through the advanced attributes setup and lot attribute assignments, not directly on this page.

  • The target potency or specification value defined for the item in Advanced Attributes configuration. This represents the expected or desired potency level.
  • The actual tested potency value assigned to the specific lot through Advanced Attributes. This value comes from Certificate of Analysis (COA) testing results.
  • The physical inventory quantity adjusted by the potency factor.
  • Lots are displayed with inspection status codes that indicate availability. Black or olive colors indicate available lots; red indicates blocked lots.
