Post sales invoice without sales order

When posting the sales invoice without any sales order, the following data is updated:

• The Weight Quantity (KG) field on thePosted Sales Invoice page
• The Weight Quantity (KG) field on the Posted Document Weight Lines
• The Quantity (KG) field on the Item Weight Ledger Entry

This functionality works only if the Shipment on Invoice toggle on the Sales & Receivable Setup page is turned off.

If the Shipment on Invoice toggle on the Sales & Receivable Setup page is turned on, the following data is updated:

• The Weight Quantity (KG) and Weight Quantity Invoiced (KG) fields on the posted sales shipment lines
• The Quantity (KG) and Quantity Invoiced (KG) fields on the posted document weight lines
