Enhancements/Modifications

With this release of the Aptean Catch Weight extension,

  • The OnBeforeIsValidLocation event has been added to the CatchWeightEvents58FDW codeunit enabling customization of valid Location setup logic. This enhancement addresses the issue reported in bug ID #363516.

  • When receiving catch weight (CAW) items with prepayment, the system recalculates the Prepmt. Line Amount field value based on the actual weight received when the item is received in a quantity greater or less than the original ordered quantity using the Aptean Over Under Delivery extension. For more information, see Post purchase order.

    • The system prevents posting of a purchase invoice for a catch weight item with prepayment when an over-delivery occurs.
    • The system blocks posting an invoice from the purchase order for a catch weight item with prepayment when an under-delivery occurs and prompts you to post the invoice through a purchase invoice using the Get Receipt Lines action.

  • When shipping the Catch Weight (CAW) items with prepayment, the system recalculates the Prepmt. Line Amount field value based on the actual weight shipped when the item is shipped in a quantity greater or less than the original ordered quantity using the Aptean Over Under Delivery extension. Resolved issues

The following issues have been resolved in this release.
