Integration with Aptean Transport

When the Aptean Backorder Management extension is used in conjunction with the Aptean Transport extension, the system validates the transport status of the relevant sales order lines.

• The system checks whether a transport request exists for the sales order header or the selected sales order line.
• If a transport request exists, the system verifies whether a transport order number is registered on that transport request.
• When the transport request is not yet linked to a transport order, backorder management remains available, and quantity movements are allowed.
• When the transport request is linked to a transport order, the sales order line is considered planned for transport and cannot be moved. In this case, backorder management is blocked, and an error message is displayed stating that the line cannot be moved due to transport planning.

This ensures that only sales lines that are not actively planned for transport can be moved.
