Features

With the features added in this release of the Aptean Beverage Advanced Sales Management extension, Drink-IT Edition,

• The Aptean Feature Control extension allows you to enable or disable the Aptean Beverage Advance Sales Management extension, Drink-IT Edition, based on your implementation needs. When the application is disabled, its functionality is no longer available to use. If any other extensions depend on the Aptean Beverage Advance Sales Management extension, Drink-IT Edition, the system automatically disables those extensions as well. This prevents you from accessing dependent functionality and avoid configuration conflicts, ensuring the system remains in a consistent and supported state.

• You can turn on the Check Tax Rule for Order Entry toggle on the Tax Management Setup page to allow tax rules to be checked directly during order entry, instead of waiting until executing the Apply Changes action. When the toggle is turned on directly when entering a quantity, the tax rules are checked and display an error when the tax rule is blocked.
  Additionally, the status of the sales document is optimized. When the Release Order On Closing Order Entry toggle on the Advanced Sales Management Setup page is turned on, and no changes are made on the Order Entry page, the sales document remains in Open status and is no longer automatically set to Released.

UI/UX changes

The Check Tax Rule in Order Entry toggle has been added to the Order/Return Entry FastTab of the Tax Management Setup page.

Resolved issues

The following issue has been resolved in this release.
